1. NO CANCELLATIONS. Please be 101% sure before claiming from our lapags. This is to avoid wasting of time for both parties. If you really wish to cancel, you have to pay 50% of the total amount of items you claimed as the cancellation fee.

2. PLEASE PAY ON TIME. DOP is stated in our claiming tweets. After we send our order confirmation thru dms, please follow the DOP. 20 pesos per day will be added to your total amount if you fail to pay the items you claimed within the said DOP.

3. NO COD. No COD is allowed on our Shopee Account. This is to avoid your parcel from being tagged as a lost parcel. You may pay thru bank, e-wallet, or shopeepay.

4. BE PATIENT. All items are for pre order unless stated. It will take 1-2 months for the items to arrive our PH address. Please do not order if you're impatient.

5. NO RUSH SHIPPING. The admin that's assigned for packing also has a lot of things to do. Please understand that the shipping of items is weekly only. Please do not order if you are in a rush.

6. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND ( if ever the items are incomplete or damaged. ) we ALWAYS send pictures of your item before we ship it. Unboxing Video must be UNEDITED.

7. CandyOncePH is not liable for any delays or damage cause by the international and local shipping couriers.

~ Masterlist are open for updates we try to update it every week to avoid flooding us with dms regarding our pasabuys.

~ We will not be responsible if it is fake or damaged and will not entertain a request for refunds regarding this matter.

~ It's your responsible to check the authenticity of the seller and the items as place in the listings.

~ No albums, heavy & bulky items. I will only entertain paper goods, keyholders and other small and light items.

~ I'll only accept links with ""immediate purchase"" and links that shipping charges are already included (exhibitor's expense).

~ NO PRICE REQUEST or PACOMMENT for listing that indicates sold seperately.

~ I will only issue a refund if I was not able to secure the item/s and you already paid or if the seller cancelled the transaction.

~ 3000 yen below can be paid within 24 hours. However, if the link is beyond 2501 yen, it will be under pay to secure rule.

~ FAST ETA. Arrival will be at least a one or two weeks after SHIPOUT from Japan. Shipments will be every 3 weeks per batch AT MOST.
